GM for Government Motors?
I couldn’t imagine the fate of GM. Probably how it would be and i will be after June 1. I have a reason to say so and GM is our customer. I can predict, if we stay with GM, then we may have a heavy load of work after its recovery from Bankruptcy.
But the question is…how is it going to handle all of its changes.
The handling of thousands of dealers, brands, parts, employees, suits, etc…etc… is really a biggest job for its CEO and team.
I cannot assume how a proud leader of american industry is going to file bankruptcy.
One thing cleary states that there is no people to question the CEOs moves. Such CEs like Rick has to be sacked immediately. He couldn’t sack the brands even after knowing that its producing loss. A CEO should think that company is his company. Otherwise it would end up with a scenario that will yield sympathy and anger towards its leaders.

Ritz…Welcome!!!
On its 28th year since inception, Maruti is unveiling the new car for year 2009, Maruti Ritz today.
Welcome Ritz…but when you look back the history from 1981, it clearly states that the dream of late. Mr. Sanjay Gandhi, is not yet fulfilled.
Maruti is not yet building a ful fledged car, that is totally manufactured in India…
I usually compare Narendra Modi with Sanjay Gandhi…both are energetic, vibrant, smart, fierce in their thoughts and acts…
Sanjay gave Maruti Udyog[Many don't know that Maruti Udyog was his pet project], and Modi helped Nano to roll out…
Eventough Tatas entered late into the venture..its not too late for them…
I am thinking of testdriving Ritz in the following week…

Indian Elections- 2009! An Overview!!!
Much awaited election of India, The 15th Loksabha Election, came to end just few hours before.
Unlike previous elections, this election is a very peaceful election. without much disturbances, noises and campaigns….because of strict regulations and rules by the governing body, Election commission of India.
This is really a biggest and confusing election, with lot of questions, who is going to form a government? who is going to be a Prime Minister? Will Mr. Singh be again holding the position? if yes, most of the population will feel better as a highly qualified and eminent economist is ruling the nation…if no, then its our fate to experiment and experience the next PM…Being a weak opposition party, BJP may or maynot form a strong government in center…
The secret opinion polls suggests says 201 seats for UPA, 195 for NDA.
few more days ahead to witness whether this will come true?
Whatever may be…India expects a better than the best cabinet which was positioned before…
My state witnessed a weak campaign from ruling party which has done so many reforms…but i agree they performed a cheap and worst politics with Srilankan Tamil Issue.

Real Madrid Vs Barcelona FC…
I have just watched the Real Madrid vs Barcelona! I dont find the words to explain the feel that i experienced during the entire 1.5 hours…
Its just awesome..i have never seen such an excellent game…
I was thinking when Real Madrid scored its first goal of the match..that this time Real Madrid will equalize the Table spot..
To be frank…I am not a fan of both team..but i love the game of Chelsea..Chelsea vs Barcelona was the first match i have ever seen Barcelona playing…
I have seen Argentina’s Messi playing for his team against Germany during last World cup…but i have never thought he will be the next star after Maradona in Latin Region…playing so beautifully..
Its great that Real Madrid played the real game even after getting two goals from barca..
Its true that great teams play great football…its a genuine match that satisfied the audience amidst the differences we have and the teams and players, we love and support…
It left behind the deepest satisfaction that i saw the finest players playing a greatest game…atleast with a Television in India….
The end left Messi with 2, Henry with 2… Roben was simply superb…
I’m very lucky that i didn’t missed this match…

Chrysler Bankruptcy!!!!Is GM following Chrysler???
“Despite substantial progress on many fronts, Chrysler was not able to obtain the necessary concessions from all of its lenders, which would have avoided the need for a bankruptcy proceeding. As a result, under the direction of the U.S. Treasury, Chrysler LLC and 24 of its wholly owned U.S. subsidiaries today filed voluntary petitions under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
“Even though total agreement was not possible, I am truly grateful for all that has been sacrificed, on the part of many of Chrysler’s stakeholders to reach an agreement in principle with Fiat,” said Nardelli. “My number one priority has been to preserve Chrysler and the thousands of people who depend on its success. While I am excited about the creation of the global alliance, I am personally disappointed that today Chrysler has filed for Chapter 11. This was not my first choice.” “
The above passage were taken from http://www.chryslerllc.com/en/news/
It reads “We are building a vibrant new car company“….quite an inspirational homepage…
We cannot state the work and pressure that were experienced by Robert Nardelli and his team…
The 47th governor of Michigan, Jennifer M. Granholm’s work so far is truly outstanding in helping out the big threes and protecting the interests of the employees and their families.
At times, i have wondered and feel when will my country going to get the statesmen and women like them…
What puzzles me is how does Lehman’s bankruptcy different from Chryslers’ though both are filed in Chapter 11 and moreover i am worried about whether General Motors will follow the Chrysler’s steps???
